Henry E. Topf has an extensive and prominent career in the natural gas, water/wastewater and power generation markets.
Henry initially was employed by Dresser Industries in 1966 in the manufacturing area of their Wellsboro, PA, plant, before re-locating to the Bradford, PA, operation as an application engineer in 1970. From here, he transferred to their Franklin Park, Il, facility as operations manager for several years. Henry then moved to Houston, TX, where he studied Hydrocarbon Measurement Engineering for two years prior to being appointed a regional sales manager for Dresser, first in Kansas City, MO, followed by a period in Columbus, OH.
Henry left Dresser Industries in 1982, joining Miller Pipeline Corporation as their sales manager before being invited by the company’s chairman to become a part owner in the firm. He remained with Miller until 1988, having served in positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Operations and Vice-President of Operations.
Henry was subsequently appointed President of the Technology Division of Lineal Industries before moving to Hydra-Stop, Inc. as their Managing Director. This was followed by a stint as a gas industry consultant before being appointed as the Manager of Sales for the Flow Systems Operation of Dresser Piping Specialties in 2002. He remained with Dresser until December, 2005.
Henry’s areas of expertise include continuing product development, training of installation crews, sales presentations, marketing strategy, pipeline construction (field operations), and international sales and project management. His memberships include the American Waterworks Association, Water Environment Association, American Gas Association and its Plastic Material Committee and Equipment and Services Associates Section. Plus, he is affiliated with the North American Society for Trenchless Technology, International Society for Trenchless Technology, American Society of Mechanical Engineers and National Association of Corrosion Engineers.
Henry also has a distinguished military background, having first served in the Strategic Air Command’s Strategic Reconnaissance Wing where he helped provide administrative security support for U-2 photo reconnaissance missions during the Cuban Crisis. He subsequently served in Vietnam as an advisor and instructor. His commendations include two Presidential citations (presented by President John F. Kennedy), a Medal for Meritorious Service and Valor, the Vietnam Service Medal and Expeditionary Forces Medal, and a Purple Heart.
He is a life member of the military Order of the Purple Heart" was awarded the
"PUC" Presidential citation, "AFCM" "Air Force Commendation Medal" and "VGC" "Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm" while serving with the 96th advisory group 5th Special Forces. |

Matt Lewis - President |
Matt has over twenty-five years of experience in the oil and gas transmission industry with emphasis on pipeline integrity including inspection and repairs. His project management experience within the USA and Latin America, have given him the expertise to respond to different market needs coupled with the understanding of international business.
Initially employed by CE Vetco Services, Matt began his career in sales working in New Orleans where he was focused on inspection services of down-hole tubulars. Later transferring to Houston, Texas, he moved within the corporation to Vetco Pipeline Services managing sales within the Eastern United States.
In 1992 he joined Pipetronix, a Preussag Company, where he handled sales in the United States. With the ever expanding business in the Western Hemisphere he moved forward as Manager of South America. In this position Matt handled the sales and operations for South America. With the acquisition of Pipetronix by PII, Matt continued in South America until 2001. At that time he moved back to Houston, Texas where he completed the successful launch of Positive Projects, USA, a subsidiary of PII, where he continued until 2003.
During the ensuing years Matt continued to gain experience in various repair methodologies as well as being part of a pipeline integrity team for a major pipeline operator. This varied experience in the international market and as an operator, gives Matt the distinct qualification of understanding the operator’s expectations. |

Hank Topf – Operations Manager |
We are fortunate to have Hank Topf as our Operations Manager. He comes to us with 23 years of experience in the natural gas, nuclear power, industrial and water/wastewater markets. He is a specialist and proven resource in pipeline construction and pipeline rehabilitation technology development.
Hank has introduced and developed six emerging technologies for pipeline construction and rehabilitation in his career, all of which were developed into viable markets and are in use today throughout the United States.
He is an experienced international technology coordinator and has been called upon to assist in technology development and high profile projects in Germany, England, Australia and Japan. His ability to train, develop and communicate on virtually any cultural, international or operational level is proven and valued.
His operational knowledge and ability to interface with all levels of management and operations personnel reflects not only on him as a resource but also on his company. |

| Yashi (Yasuko) Moore-Vice President of International Sales and Customer Service |
Yasuko emigrated to the United States from Tokyo, Japan. And in 1966 became a naturalized citizen. She supervised the manufacturing and customer sales and service of an entrepreneurial start-up company until 1985 at which time she became President and Founder of Yashi International, Inc. In this position she managed all aspects of the business: manufacturing, sales, customer service and personnel management. After selling that company she became personnel and estate manager for Versace in New York City. From 2006 to the present time she has been with Cross-Link Composites managing International Sales, Customer Service and Technical Translation. As a personal sideline, Yasuko has become a Reiki Master, Feng Shui practitioner and orchid horticulturist. |
